Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Red Cedar Fly Fishing! To ensure a smooth experience, please review and agree to the following policy: Deposit Requirement: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation and will be applied toward the total trip cost. Rescheduling with at least 7 days’ notice allows your deposit to be transferred to a new date (subject to availability). Trips canceled or rescheduled with less than 7 days’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Deposits can be carried over into the next year, especially for late fall musky trips. Weather & Safety: We fish in a wide range of conditions, but safety is our top priority. We reserve the right to reschedule trips due to unsafe weather or river conditions. If we do, your deposit will be transferred to a future trip date. Fishing Expectations: Our guides will do everything they can to put you on fish, but we cannot guarantee fish will be caught. Weather, water conditions, and skill level are all factors beyond our control. River Shuttle: For logistical reasons, you’ll meet your guide at the fly shop and follow them to the river. One person will stay with the boat while the other shuttles the truck and trailer to the take-out. Special arrangements will be made for solo anglers. Client Questionnaire: To help tailor your experience, please complete the Client Questionnaire before your trip. This helps us understand your goals, preferences, and experience level. Lunch & Dietary Needs: A lunch will be provided. Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions or special needs so we can accommodate you. By booking a trip, you agree to these terms.
